Serving Those Who Serve

Forge works with individuals as well as small and mid-sized organizations to professionalize their operations through the effective use of communication, media, and information technologies. Recent activies include:

  • Created the overall design template and maintained content for the Merrimack Valley Hub (http://www.mvhub.com).
  • Guiding ONE Lowell, an immigrant and refugee advocacy group, on how to effectively use their tight technology resources and buid up their online presence (http://www.onelowell.net).
  • Collaborating with University of Massachusetts Lowell to design and shape a new degree program in Media, Information, and Technology as well as advance their use of online technologies to build collaborative media environemnts.   • Mentoring several junior staffers and creative individuals on career goals and growth paths.
  • Somerville Community Access Television hired Forge to work with its Board of Directors to facilitate a team vision and direction for future work (http://www.access-scat.org).
  • Contracted by Community Technology Centers Network to design outreach materials for member Open House activites (http://www.ctcnet.org).
