Internationally raised ‘third-culture kid/adult’ with a background in Community and Social Psychology, Peace and Conflict Studies, Intersectional Organizing and Public Policy/Advocacy, with Environmental/Climate/Sustainability and other Sector experience. Trained in Program Design and Evaluation, Strategic Planning, Nonprofit Management and Consent based Governance.
In 2024, I joined the Sort Sol Group as an evaluation consultant, supporting strategic planning in multiple nonprofit sectors. I am also a member of the American Evaluation Association and the 6 Levers Consultant community.
I am committed to continuous training and development to provide the best quality services for your organization.
I am participating in the Vision, Power, Solutions program with the National Association for Climate Resilience Planners community and the People’s Climate Innovation Center, where I am able to connect with practitioners internationally. I also completed an ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) strategy and reporting certificate from UC Boulder’s Leeds School of Business – Center for Ethics and Social Responsibility in 2023. I look forward to working with organizations seeking sustainability consulting of a variety of forms.

While I am already a certified facilitator in Sociocracy, I am seeking certification for training and consultation in Sociocracy (consent-based governance) in the coming years to help bolster organizations’ capacities to deconstruct power-over systems where shared-power in governance is the future of collective decision making.
